Bad Jews plays the Arts Theatre for a Strictly Limited Run

Bad Jews Update for Bad Jews at the Arts Theatre

It has enjoyed record-breaking sold out runs. This is the brilliant original West End production of Joshua Harmon's comedy Bad Jews. It’s back in town at the Arts Theatre in London for 11 weeks, playing a strictly limited run from Thursday 14th July to Sunday 25th September. Two sold out engagements in the West End preceded this run and it’s great to see it back in the capital. Prepare your laughing gear.

Who’s involved in Bad Jews?

Meet Daphna Feygenbaum. She’s a ‘real’ Jew, complete with a genuine Israeli boyfriend. When her cousin Liam brings his new non-Jewish girlfriend home to meet everyone and claims a family necklace belongs to him, a viciously hilarious brawl kicks off. Described as ‘blisteringly funny’ and ‘ferociously clever’ by the media, it’s all about family, legacy, and what we choose to believe.

  • We will reveal the cast once it’s announced
  • Bad Jews is written by Joshua Harmon, the respected creator of Significant Other, Admissions, Skintight, and Ivanka: A Medea For Right Now

About the Arts Theatre

The Arts Theatre is an ex-members club dating back to 1927. It was originally built to house unlicensed plays performed away from the strict government theatre censorship of the time. Luckily those dark days are long gone and we’re free to watch what we want. Past shows at the Arts Theatre include Six, The Female Edit, The Wipers Times, The Toxic Avenger, and Oleanna.
