How To Cancel My Booking?

Ticket Protection FAQs
Can I redeem Ticket Protection for only part of my order?
Ticket Protection applies to your entire booking and cannot be used to cancel individual tickets within an order. If you choose to redeem Ticket Protection, your entire order will be canceled, not just select seats.
Once your booking is canceled, you will receive an email with a credit voucher covering the total purchase price of your tickets. This voucher can be used toward any future booking.
Can I reinstate my order after I redeem Ticket Protection?
Redeeming Ticket Protection results in the full cancellation of your order, and we are unable to restore it once this process is complete. Your tickets will no longer be valid, and this cancellation is final.
If you would like to purchase new tickets, you can do so by using the voucher code you received via email. Simply select "I have a voucher" at checkout, enter your code, and complete your booking. Availability is not guaranteed, so we encourage booking promptly to secure your preferred seats.
Do I have to apply my voucher to the same show?
Ticket Protection vouchers can be used for any show available on our site, and remain valid for 12 months from the issue date. That means you have plenty of time to find the perfect show.
If you have a specific production in mind, you can hold onto your voucher until tickets become available. When you're ready to book, simply enter your voucher code at checkout by selecting \"I Have a Voucher\" and the value will be applied to your purchase.
What if I don't use the full voucher amount?
If you've redeemed a Ticket Protection voucher but still have credit remaining, you can apply the leftover balance to future bookings on our site. Your voucher remains valid until the full amount is used, so there's no risk of losing any available credit.
This ensures you get the full value of your voucher, giving you the flexibility to book your next theatre experience at your own pace.
