  No problem about the seats and payments. However: the starting hour of the show wasn't correct on the ticket. It supposed to start at 19:30. In reality it started at 19:00. Good luck we were 45 minutes in advance.

  Excellent service, when we arrived, there was a queue right round the outside of the building, but the stewards were all very well organised, and directed people and we were inside sat in our seats before you could say ( Thriller ) ha ha ha All the staff were all polite and helpful 👍

  I have been dealing with the Covent Garden Office for the last few years, and I cannot fault the team in anyway. I have dealt with Albert and Ellie, more recently Emily, and their customer service is superb. Can’t say having better..♥️
