• Two bookings for shows in the west end. My only one complaint is not having a ticket in hand for the first show. Trying to print two days before is not going to be easy, as we will be in the Strand Palace by then.

  The tickets stated numbers but didn't state which part of the Criterion theatre they were for. Staff at the doors of the different parts of the theatre couldn't tell where the tickets were for. It eventually required them to radio to the office to check my booking. It created unnecessary last minute stress.
