  Great and easy service to use, and being an older gentleman, and definitely not technically minded found the whole booking experience stress free, and with the QR type tickets straight to my phone made it so much easier to be seated. 👍

  Ticket purchase was easy, however on that day was a scheduled Tube outage, with rail replacement service, which meant that we missed the first half. This could easily have been announced to ticket holders in advance.

  Fast & efficient. We saw two musicals on a spur of the moment decision. However, I did notice the price fluctuates from one day to the next based upon demand. So for "Tina", the price I paid on Thursday was 4-40% that on Friday for the same tickets!

  I am really happy and impressed with this company. I have had to change my tickets on several occasions due to hospital appointments etc., and after emailing I have always received a reply that same day to arrange an exchange. I only recently had a problem location my tickets for a show and the tickets were emailed to me that same day ready for the show later that same evening.

  The entourage (6 pax) seated next to me were enjoying the snack . Very annoying with the sound and smell from the crispy chips they were eating throughout the show Somehow, they managed to smuggle the snack in to the theatre despite the bag check at the entrance Or the inspection at the entrance was slacking?
