  Service was excellent. Something went wrong when I tried to book tickets and I ended up with 8 extra for the same performance! Was so anxious about it all but contacted them and they responded so quickly and resolved it all for me and processed a refund. So grateful.

  I think I read somewhere that the doors would open an hour before but then I couldn’t find it again when I looked. It was a cold night and we waited outside for 15 minutes. Information said doors would close 5 minutes before the start but this didn’t happen and people walked in once performance has started which was very distracting! Why not stick to the rules ? Also when the performers talked in between the songs it was very difficult to hear what they were saying.
