The UK's greatest and most volatile family science show is back, taking audiences of all ages on a wild ride through the weird and the wonderful. Watch as the Brainiacs dive fearlessly into the mysteries of science, with thrilling experiments and mind-blowing demonstrations that include liquid nitrogen clouds, vortex smoke rings, exploding hydrogen balloons, and spinning CO₂ chairs - all in the name of celebrating science.
Based on the popular original Sky One show, Brainiac Live premiered in 2008 and has since entertained and educated audiences across the UK, headlined science festivals, and toured internationally, evolving with each production.
Produced by Dan Colman, with Andy Joyce as Creative Director, Damian Stanton as Designer, Brainiac Live will embark on a UK-wide tour ahead of its return to the West End this summer.
Colman said, "We are absolutely thrilled to be bringing Brainiac Live back to the West End following its Olivier Award win last year. The show has always been about inspiring curiosity and excitement about science in the most entertaining way possible, and there’s no better place to share that energy with families than in the heart of London this summer.”
Brainiac Live will play at the Garrick Theatre from 26th July to 30th August 2026.
