Performances begin at the Wyndham's Theatre from 19 March.

The cast of LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT

Returning to the West End for the first time in almost a decade is award-winning actor Brian Cox as James Tyrone. He is joined by Golden Globe and Emmy award-winning actress Patricia Clarkson (Sharp Objects) as matriarch Mary Tyrone alongside BAFTA award-nominee Daryl McCormack (Bad Sisters, Good Luck to You, Leo Grande) as James Jr, Laurie Kynaston (Spring Awakening, Fool Me Once, The Doll Factory) as Edmund and Louisa Harland (Derry Girls, Ulster American) as Cathleen.

What is LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT about?

LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT is often regarded as the greatest American play of the 20th Century. It depicts a summer day in the life of the Tyrones and is closely based on O'Neill's own dysfunctional family. This play promises to be both moving and inspiring in equal measure.
