The news of a London transfer follows a critically acclaimed run at the Nottingham Playhouse earlier this year.

Punch will transfer to the Young Vic Theatre from 1 March 2025.
Based on the book Right from Wrong by Jacob Dunne, Punch tells an extraordinary true story of tragedy, forgiveness, redemption and reform.
Directed by Nottingham Playhouse's Artistic Director Adam Penford, the original cast members Julie Hesmondhalgh (Coronation Street) and David Shields (Black Mirror) will reprise their roles as Joan, David and Jacob. The cast will be completed by Alec Boaden (Masters of the Air) as Raf, DS Villiers and Sam, Shalisha James-Davis (Mary Queen of Scots) as Clare and Nicola, and Emma Pallant (Cowbois) as Wendy, Sandra and Jacob's Mum.
Written by the Olivier Award-winning local playwright James Graham (Dear England), Punch tells an unflinching true-life account of how Nottingham teenager Jacob throws a single punch - with fatal consequences. Later when he is released from prison, the parents of the victim ask to meet him. Their quest for answers results in an unlikely connection and Jacob's life begins to turn around.
Punch will run at the Young Vic Theatre from 1 March - 12 April 2025.
