Platinum selling soul artist, Beverley Knight has confirmed that she will continue her acclaimed leading role in the smash-hit West End musical Memphis.
Beverley Knight plays rising superstar Felicia Farrell in the American import musical that won numerous awards on Broadway, and now here in the UK. The singer is currently contracted until July 2015 in the production that is pulling in the audiences at the Shaftsbury Theatre.
Knight wowed television audiences across the country when she performed on ITV’s flagship breakfast programme This Morning last Friday. The recording star also features on the UK cast album of Memphis, which has just been made available online, and which will be in the shops from 9 February 2015.

The musical features original songs from Grammy Award-winner David Bryan, also the co-founder of legendry rock band Bon Jovi. Joe DiPietro wrote the book for Memphis, adapted from his best-selling book.
Joining Beverley Knight on stage in Memphis is Killian Donnelly, the star of West End hit show The Commitments. Joining them is Tyrone Huntley, Jason Pennycook, Mark Roper, Claire Machin and Rolan Bell.
This explosive musical is booking at the Shaftesbury Theatre through to 31 October 2015. Book now to catch the Queen of British Soul raise the roof every night!
