From Monday 23 November 2026, Kimberly Blake will join the production as Carlotta, with Kate Graham as Madame Giry and Luke Kempner as Monsieur André. Ashley Gilmour returns as Raoul alongside the current company, which includes Jordan Donica as the Phantom, Beatrice Penny-Touré as Christine Daaé, Matt Bateman as Piangi,  Ian Pirie as Monsieur Firmin, and Millie Lyon as Meg.

The Phantom of the Opera is a haunting epic set in a Paris opera house, where the beautiful singer Christine becomes the object of obsession for the tortured, scarred Phantom. Since its premiere in 1986, it has won over 70 major awards all over the world. For the first time ever, a live capture of the musical will be released in cinemas globally in 2027.

The 40th anniversary milestone was celebrated with a special gala performance at His Majesty's Theatre, during which Michael Crawford, Sarah Brightman, and a number of other celebrated alumni performers joined the current company on stage for a special curtain call, as seen in the photos below.

The Phantom of the Opera has now extended booking in the West End through to October 2027.
