JERRY'S GIRLS revival planned for London

The 1981 show celebrating Broadway composer Jerry Herman will run in London this summer.

Directed by Hannah Chissick, JERRY'S GIRLS will perform at the Menier Chocolate Factory from 18 May - 20 June and will feature an all-female cast and band.

Featuring a complication of his most beloved songs, this revue celebrates Herman's contributions to musical theatre and has been performed in various theatres around the world since its premiere in 1981. The show will feature music from shows such as Mame, Parade, La Cage Aux Folles and Hello, Dolly! (don't forget a revival of that starring Imelda Staunton heads to the London Palladium this summer).

The cast will be announced in due course.

The creative team of JERRY'S GIRLS

Chissick will be joined by musical supervisor and arrangements by Tony Award-winner Sarah Travis (Sweeney Todd), and choreography by Olivier Award-winner Matt Cole (Newsies, Fiddler on the Roof). Further creatives are to be announced.
