Written by Bettina Paris and directed by Nicky Allpress, Sisyphean Quick Fix explores the impact of alcohol addiction on families based on live experience.
Paris stars in the production as Krista alongside Tina Rizzo as Pip, two sisters who live in two different countries, London and Malta. As they navigate their father's drinking problem, this play takes a look at the emotional strain of caregiving, the pressures of distance, and the challenges faced by migrants when duty calls them home.
The production includes set design by Matthew Cassar, sound design by Matteo Depares and lighting design is to be announced. Ace Turner is the deputy stage manager and Holly Vallely is the assistant stage manager.
Sisyphean Quick Fix will play at Riverside Studios from 18 March - 6 April 2025.
