New production photos have been released of the current cast of the Olivier and Tony-award winning comedy Oh, Mary!, now playing at the Trafalgar Theatre.

Written by Cole Escola, this off-beat, outrageous dark comedy reimagines the story of Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to the assassination of her husband - formerly US president Abraham Lincoln. In this tongue-in-cheek take on history, Mary is a foul-tempered alcoholic, stuck in an unhappy marriage with the deeply closeted Abe, desperate to relive her glory days as a cabaret dancer.
Oh, Mary! won Best Entertainment or Comedy Play at the 2026 Olivier Awards. It has also won a Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Play (Cole Escola) and Best Direction of a Play (Sam Pinkleton), Drama League Awards for Outstanding Play and Outstanding Direction of a Play, as well as a special citation from the New York Drama Critics’ Circle. It was named a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
The newly released photos show Cole Escola reprising their Tony Award-winning role as Mary Todd Lincoln, with Giles Terera as Mary’s Husband (in the role that earned him an Oliver Award nomination earlier this year), two-time Emmy Award nominee Michael Urie as Mary’s Teacher, and original Oh, Mary! cast members Bianca Leigh and Tony Macht as Mary’s Chaperone and Mary’s Husband Assistant, respectively.
This current cast will continue performing until Saturday 1 August 2026, with the performance on Tuesday 28 July to be filmed. From 17 August, Jinkx Monsoon and Scott Karim will take over in the roles of Mary Todd Lincoln and Mary's Husband respectively.
In addition to director Sam Pinkleton, the creative team includes the full creative team includes dots (Scenic Designer), Holly Pierson (Costume Designer), Cha See (Lighting Designer), Daniel Kluger (Sound Design and Music), Drew Levy (Sound Designer), Leah J. Loukas (Wig Designer), David Dabbon (Arrangements).
Oh, Mary! will continue performances at the Trafalgar Theatre until 2 January 2027.
