Sydnie Christmas to play Cruella de Vil in 101 DALMATIANS THE MUSICAL this summer

After captivating the nation with her powerhouse vocals and emotional depth, the Britain's Got Talent winner will take on the role of the iconic Disney villain in the London transfer, following its hugely successful UK tour.

The new musical version of Dodie Smith's classic book, 101 Dalmatians The Musical, will play in London for a limited six-week run this summer.

The story follows the villainous Cruella de Vil as she plots to steal a litter of Dalmatian puppies to create a fur coat. However, with some courage and teamwork, the puppies and their parents, Pongo and Perdita, embark on an adventure to outwit Cruella and find their way back home.

Written by Douglas Hodge (music and lyrics) and Johnny McKnight (book), the perfect family musical has been adapted for the stage by Zinnie Harris. The director is Bill Buckhurst, with sets designed by David Woodhead, costumes designed by Sarah Mercadé and choreography by Lucy Hind. Musical supervision is from Alfonso Casado Trigo, orchestration by Jack Hopkins, the puppets are designed by Jimmy Grimes, with lighting by James Whiteside and sound design from Chris Whybrow. The musical director is Leigh Stanford Thompson, and the casting director is Lucy Casson.

Further casting for the production is to be announced.

101 Dalmatians The Musical will play at the Eventim Apollo from 18 July to 30 August 2025.
