Based on the 1987 cult classic film, The Lost Boys follows two brothers who move to a vampire-infested coastal town, where elder brother Michael finds himself drawn to a group of glam-rock vampires who tempt him with the promise of eternal life, leaving him torn between two worlds.
On Magic Radio this morning, Wilson revealed that he intended to bring The Lost Boys across the Atlantic, though no venue or dates have been confirmed.
The Lost Boys features a book by David Hornsby and Chris Hoch, a score by The Rescues, direction by three-time Tony winner Michael Arden, and choreography, including aerial choreography, by Lauren Yalango-Grant and Christopher Cree Grant. The musical was nominated 12 times at the Tony Awards on 7th June, and walked away with four.
