EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE 10th Anniversary Tour announced

Described by the Daily Telegraph as “funny, outrageous, and touching,” this musical sensation is an unmissable experience for the whole family. Inspired by the true story of 16-year-old British schoolboy Jamie Campbell, the show follows his journey as he overcomes prejudice and bullying to embrace his identity, become a drag queen, and attend his school prom in a dress.

The tour will open in Leeds 10 years after the original opening at the Sheffield Crucible. The musical, which features a score by Dan Gillespie Sells and book and lyrics by Tom MacRae, transferred to the West End's Apollo Theatre in 2017. A brand new song will feature in the anniversary production next year.

Jamie’s courage in unveiling himself in all his glorious, fabulous joy has been applauded by millions of people in dozens of countries, and next year, to celebrate the show’s 10th birthday, he will be returning home to stages all around the UK.

We were inspired by the true story of Jamie and Margaret Campbell, and we are thrilled that their story is still inspiring the world with its sass-filled magic.

The creative team for the 10th anniversary tour includes Tour Director Matt Ryan, Design by Anna Fleischle, Choreography by Katie Prince, Lighting Design by Lucy Carter, Sound Design by Paul Groothuis, Musical Supervision by Theo Jamieson, and Casting by Will Burton.
