Cast announced for bilingual production of ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA at Shakespeare's Globe

Directed by Blanche McIntyre, Antony and Cleopatra will run at the Shakespeare's Globe, with performances beginning on 4 August.

Nadia Nadarajah and John Hollingworth will star as Cleopatra and Mark Antony.
They will be joined by Mark Donald, William Grint, Nadeem Islam, Gabin Kongolo, Peter Landi, Gabriella Leon, Rhiannon, Esther McAuley, Zoë McWhinney, Daniel Millar, Bert Seymour, and Tom Simper.
Shakespeare's colossal tragedy of love and duty will be presented in a bilingual production. Some scenes will be performed in British Sign Language, some in Spoken English and some scenes will use both languages. Each performance of Antony and Cleopatra will be captioned throughout.
Antony and Cleopatra is part of the theatre's summer season which also includes Much Ado About Nothing and The Taming of the Shrew.
Antony and Cleopatra will play at the Shakespeare's Globe from 4 Aug - 15 Sept 2024.
