The West End premiere of the new play by Liz Duffy Adams imagines the relationship between two literary icons at odds with their time.

Playing for 11 weeks only from 13 August, Born With Teeth stars Ncuti Gatwa (The Importance of Being Earnest, National Theatre) as Kit Marlowe and Edward Bluemel (Killing Eve) as Will Shakespeare in this explosively entertaining duel of wits, words, and powerplay.
The production will be directed by RSC Co-Artistic Director and two-time Olivier Award winner Daniel Evans.
Based on the idea that the two literary icons may have collaborated on the historic Henry VI plays, this new play by Liz Duffy Adams includes Design is by the Olivier award-winning Joanna Scotcher and Lighting Design by Tony and Olivier award-winner Neil Austin, Sound Design is by George Dennis, Video Design is by Andrzej Goulding, Movement Direction is by Ira Mandela Siobhan and Casting Director is Charlotte Sutton CDG.
Born With Teeth plays at the Wyndham's Theatre from 13 August to 1 November 2025.
