Tom Allen has joined the cast of Titanique in the role of Ruth, and will be performing until 12th April 2026. He's best known for co-hosting Cooking With The Stars alongside Emma Willis, hosted The Apprentice: You’re Fired for 6 years, and has appeared on Live At The Apollo, My Big Gay Wedding, A League Of Their Own, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Would I Lie to You, The Jonathan Ross Show, and more.
Currently starring alongside him are Luke Bayer (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie) as Jack, Richard Carson (Les Misérables) as Cal, Ryan Carter (Bat Out Of Hell) as The Iceberg, Rose Galbraith (13 Going on 30) as Rose, Astrid Harris (Titaníque – Théâtre du Lido, Paris) as Céline Dion, Michael Vinsen (The Book of Mormon) as Victor Garber / Luigi and Charlotte Wakefield (Spring Awakening) as Molly Brown.
Co-written by Tye Blue, Marla Mindelle and Constantine Rousouli and directed by Tye Blye, Titanique is a tongue-in-cheek parody of the award-winning film Titanic, retold with a cheeky spin by Celine Dion, and filled with hits like My Heart Will Go On, All by Myself and To Love You More, all backed by a sensational live band. In addition to winning the 2025 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy, Titanique won seven major awards during the 2022/23 theatre season, including three Lucille Lortel Awards, the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best New Musical, Las Culturistas’ Culture Award for Best Indoor Performance and two Dorian Awards.
Tom Allen previously commented: “I saw this show when it first opened and I loved it so much I had to see it again almost immediately. The laughs and camp spoofing are addictive and exactly what the world needs right now. I am beyond honoured to be joining this extremely talented cast and can't wait to come aboard for my life boat drill! ...wait, they do have enough lifeboats right?”
