Troubled police officer Joe finds himself stuck on desk duty and takes a desperate 999 call from a woman named Emily who appears to be in terrible danger. As he tries to piece together fractured clues about her whereabouts and circumstances, what should have been a simple phone call turns into a heart-stopping thriller. As the night unfolds with unsettling twists and turns, Joe finds himself realising that nothing is quite as it seems.

Russell Tovey (The History Boys, Angels in America, Being Human, The War Between the Land and the Sea) stars in this one-man play written by award-winning writer Chloë Moss and directed by Felix Barrett (Artistic Director of Punchdrunk), based on the film Den Skyldige. It previously played a sold-out run at the Donmar Warehouse, where it was praised as a "thrilling shot of theatrical adrenaline" (The Standard) and "no less than a white-knuckle ride" (The Guardian), with Tovey's performance called "a solo tour de force" (The Telegraph). Now you can experience the tension, twists, and suspense of this visceral psychological thriller in the West End as this critically acclaimed play transfers to the Harold Pinter Theatre.

Don't miss your chance to catch one of the most edge-of-your-seat plays of the year when it makes its triumphant return.
