Full cast announced for SHERLOCK HOLMES at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre

The full cast has been announced for the world premiere of Sherlock Holmes, a brand new play by Joel Horwood (The Ocean at the End of the Lane) and directed by Sean Holmes (The Merry Wives of Windsor), which will open as part of the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's summer season.

Joshua James and Jyuddah Jaymes will be taking on the iconic roles of Sherlock Holmes and Dr John Watson. Joining them will be Christopher Akrill (Sholto/Judge), Andre Antonio (Pockets/Referee), Will Brown (Small/Lestrade), Paolo Guidi (Graziano/Bill), Benjamin Harrold (Morstan), Jyuddah Jaymes (Watson), Nadi Kemp-Sayfi (Mary), Marcia Lecky (Mrs Hudson/Lucia), Mervin Noronha (Tonga/Azad), Yuyu Rau (Lin/Nancy), Theo Reece (Domingo), Rakhee Sharma (Aleksandra/Padshah Begum Jahan), Tamara Tare (Ensemble & Onstage Swing), and Patrick Warner (Mycroft/Thaddeus).

Based on the works of Arthur Conan Doyle, this original Sherlock Holmes mystery is set in London in 1890, where Holmes is riding high on the success of his first big case. And then an unknown woman with a mysterious jewel walks into 221b Baker Street with a brand new mystery for Sherlock and his partner Dr Watson. The game is afoot, and a deadly chase begins, with lives on the line, and Holmes and Watson are on the clock to reveal the mastermind behind a deadly conspiracy.

Sherlock Holmes will run from 2nd May to 6th June 2026.
