Lewis and Sayer will reprise their original roles as Robert and Dennis from Thursday 14 January to Saturday 23 January 2027, joining fellow original Mischief member Dave Hearn as Max, Matthew Howell as Robert, Jay Olpin as Max for the final 6 tour venues, Luke Pierre as Jonathan, Aein Nasseri as Trevor, Dumile Sibanda as Annie and Ashley Tucker as Sandra. James Akka and Matthew Howell will return to the roles of Dennis and Robert when the tour continues in York from Tuesday 26 Jan 2027.

Mischief is the multi-award winning company behind The Play That Goes Wrong, Peter Pan Goes Wrong and The Comedy About Spies. Christmas Carol Goes Wrong is written by original Mischief members Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields and directed by Matt DiCarlo, who also helmed the award-winning The Comedy About Spies.

The Cornley Amateur Drama Society returns, this time with a foolhardy attempt to perform the Charles Dickens’ classic, A Christmas Carol. The Cornley crew battle miscommunication, delays to their set, actors missing in action and a growing feud over who will play the lead.

Christmas Carol Goes Wrong will play at Wyndham's Theatre from 18 December 2026 to 23 January 2027, before embarking on a UK tour.
