Directed by Neal Foster, Birmingham Stage Company will present a brand-new show which brings together the greatest hits from the Barmy Britain series for a riotous month-long run at the Apollo Theatre. With the school summer holidays on their way - this will be the perfect family show to check out before school sneaks back in!
From Boudicca’s battles to the notorious Nightsoil Men, get ready to laugh, learn and squirm through Britain’s barmiest history. It’s a wild ride through the past that’s packed with facts, fun, and fabulous figures!
Featuring Emma Swan and Neal Foster, the creative team includes designer Jacqueline Trousdale, with lighting by Jason Taylor, sound by Nick Sagar, music by Matthew Scott and choreography by Kenn Oldfield.
Horrible Histories: Barmy Britain - The Best Bits! will play at the Apollo Theatre from 31 July to 31 August.
