TINA: THE TINA TUNER MUSICAL announces a new West End cast

A new West End cast has been announced for TINA: Tina Turner Musical. Current ensemble member Karis Anderson will share the role of Tina with Elesha Paul Moses who continues in the role. Okezie Morro will join the show to play Ike Turner.

The cast also includes Mark Anderson, Jonathan Carlton, Vanessa Dumatey, Irene Myrtle Forrester, Earl Gregory, Harry Harrington, Emma Hatton, Jarius McClanahan, and Carole Stennett.

TINA: THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL is dedicated to the memory of Tina Turner, who sadly passed away in May 2023. The show is currently booking until 11 February 2023.

New concert version of DIANA: THE MUSICAL coming to London

Looking for an exciting new production to get your teeth sunk into? You definitely want to hear about DIANA: THE MUSICAL. A flop on Broadway but it has been delighting people here in the UK since its Netflix release. 

We will now get the chance to see an all-new concert version of it in London for one night only on Monday 4 December. 

The musical hands the microphone to Diana as she reflects on her past. In a theatrical twist, this is a tale in two parts, narrated by Diana (Kerry Ellis) as she looks back on herself as the 19-year-old Diana (Maiya Quansah-Breed) that captured the nation. Denise Welch guest stars in the concert at The Queen.

Olivier award-winning musical STANDING AT THE SKY'S EDGE has been seizing the hearts of audiences this year and now we have the details of its West End transfer in 2024. It will perform at the Gillian Lynne Theatre from February 2024 for a limited season.

Hailed by WhatsOnStage as 'the most exciting new British musical in years', STANDING AT THE SKY'S EDGE is a love letter to Sheffield. The musical charts the hopes and dreams of three generations, under the skyline of the Park Hill Estate. Over six tumultuous decades, we navigate universal themes of love, loss, and survival.

Review: The Crucible, Gielgud Theatre ★★★★

National Theatre's THE CRUCIBLE opened its highly anticipated West End transfer to the Gielgud Theatre this week. The contemporary and striking new staging of Arthur Miller's gripping parable of power and its abuse is performing there until Saturday 2 September 2023.

West End LIVE 2023!

If you're in the heart of theatreland this weekend, will you be heading to West End LIVE? Enjoy a free weekend of musical theatre on 17 and 18 June in Trafalgar Square. The weekend celebrates the best musicals currently on stage and even offers you the opportunity to glimpse some of the latest shows in town.

Over the weekend, performances from some of the biggest West End shows will take place, including Hamilton, Cabaret, The Book of Mormon, and many more.

West End LIVE takes place between 11am-5pm on Saturday, whilst the Sunday performances take place from 12pm-5pm.
