Rehearsal images released for MY MASTER BUILDER at Wyndham's Theatre

Directed by Michael Grandage, the new play by American playwright and screenwriter Lila Raicek will make its world premiere in the West End this Spring. Performances of My Master Builder begin next month at the Wyndham's Theatre.

The cast includes Ewan McGregor, Elizabeth Debicki, Kate Fleetwood, David Ajala and Mirren Mack.

Inspired by the work of the Norwegian playwright and theatre director Henrik Ibsen, My Master Builder follows Henry and Elena Solness, a couple on the eve of Independence Day in the Hamptons. Their seemingly perfect marriage is thrown into dispute when a former student of Henry's, Mathilde, arrives. The duo once shared an intimate connection, and now each of the characters will find themselves face to face with a reckoning that will change the course of their lives.

My Master Builder will play at the Wyndham's Theatre from 17 April to 12 July 2025.
