- With a diverse range of musical genres in this show, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
A vibrant Olivier-nominated treat for music lovers
This Olivier Award-nominated global hit has been on and off stage in the West End since October 2021. Andrew Kay (Soweto Gospel Choir, Noise Boys, Gobsm`acked and North by Northwest) and Nic Doodson (The Magnets, Gobsmacked and Noise Boys) are at the helm and there’s a superb cast lined up.
Expect a quintessentially British event taking place down the pub, where nine remarkable men bring a non-stop series of chart topping songs to life with soul, style and spirit. The spectacle is totally captivating as the cast members sing and dance like nobody’s watching, with fiery passion and verve. Because you’re actively encouraged to join in, this is the ultimate in immersive theatre.
The music covers every genre, played perfectly by a talented group of instrumentalists and exceptional singers. Part party and part gig, the show’s reinventions of popular smash hits include tunes by Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns and Roses, Avicii, Katy Perry and many more, with something for everyone.
The fresh new vocal arrangements come from the Musical Supervisor, Vocal Arranger and Orchestrator Jack Blume and the fun is electrifying, a high-energy experience enriched with outstanding choreography.
A talented cast and band
Michele Maria Benvenuto (The Choir of Man – Norwegian Cruise Line) plays the Maestro and Adam Bayjou (Les Miserables) is the Hardman. Andrew J Carter (Phantom of the Opera) plays the Bore, Luke Conner Hall (Bat Out of Hell) is the Romantic and Ben Goffe (Hex) is the Handyman. The Joker is played by Daniel Harnett (Choir of Man) and the Poet is Michael Hamway (Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella), Mark Irwin (The Commitments) is the Barman and Tom Miles (Frankenstein) plays the Beast. They’re joined by a swing team comprising Sam Ebenezer (The Mousetrap), James Hudson (Saturday Night Fever), Peter Lawrence (The Choir of Man tour) and Niall Woodson (West End debut).
The band is just as impressive, featuring Emmanuel Nana Kwasi Bonsu on drums and Jack Hartigan on guitar, Darius Luke Thompson on violin and Sam Tookey on the bass.
The production team involves Immersive Everywhere, Wendy and Andy Barnes and AK Theatricals. The Creator and Producer is Andrew Kay, and the Creator, Director and Producer is Nic Doodson. Freddie Huddleston is the Movement Director, Choreographer and Resident Director.
Ben Norris wrote the Monologues and Oli Townsend is the Scenic Designer. Verity Sadler is the Costume Designer and Associate Scenic Designer, with lighting by Richard Dinnen and sound design from Sten Severson. Hollie Cassar is the Musical Director and Associate Musical Supervisor, with Lee Freeman as Resident Musical Director. The casting comes from Debbie O'Brien.
Head on over to the best pub in the world where THE CHOIR OF MAN production will serve you a thrilling performance. With an international reputation for providing audiences with a great night out, you don't want to miss this one!

A fabulous burst of life energy and release of creativity and talentThis show has the full gambit of emotions, musicality and choreography. I think the story was of the importance of having a safe place for self expression ( or just to be) for men. The cast were all terrific. Great musicians, singers and movers. The interaction with the audience never faltered and they had us laughing, clapping and cheering with the odd reflective bit too.

“Choir of Man” the musical with great actors (all had amazing voices) and talented musicians was indeed a real treat. The energy in the theatre - incredible! Everyone on stage shines, showcasing their amazing talents (“Impossible Dream” and the tap dancing - WOW!) and contributing to the overall magic of the show. And the audience participation was also fun! When folks were invited up on the stage it was endearing, sincere and sweet. “Choir of Man” was pure joy from start to finish - a must see show!
