King's Head Theatre

King of Pangea, produced by Broadway icon Jerry Mitchell, is a new musical coming to the King's Head Theatre for a limited run in the summer of 2025. Inspired by the writer Martin Storrow's authentic experience, experience a soul-stirring folk musical about navigating grief.

This original play by Calum Finlay, which first premiered at the Watermill Theatre in 2024, is based on the life of German composer Fanny Mendelssohn, older sister of Felix Mendelssohn. Bold, witty, and joyful, Fanny gives a voice to a brilliant composer who spent her life overshadowed by her brother.
