Let It Be (Prince of Wales Theatre) in London

You’ll love Let It Be!
Back in the 1960s, millions of people were inspired and delighted by The Beatles with their fresh look, long hair, cheeky outlook and rebellious attitude. John, Paul, George and Ringo took the pop world by storm and won a succession of number one positions in the charts until their break-up in 1970.
Now’s your chance to help celebrate the 50th Anniversary of one of the planet’s most successful ever bands, live in London's West End. Let It Be is simply spectacular, a top theatrical concert experience featuring more than twenty of the band’s greatest hits.
Expect a multi-media on-stage feast you’ll never forget as talented live musicians play all the Beatles songs you love best. You’ll love the costume changes, made at regular intervals for an authentic experience that covers the early days, when the band’s iconic pudding basin haircuts almost caused a moral panic, to the group’s later hippy stage with colourful Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band uniforms.
If you love it so much you have to see it twice, or more, you’ll be delighted to learn that they’ll be changing the set list for every performance. You’ll never see the same show twice!
Let It Be – The story
Expect a faithful, seriously rocking rendition of the band’s meteoric rise from their humble beginnings in Liverpool's Cavern Club, following the group through the Beatlemania stage through to the later days when their masterful musical talents matured. Sing along to world famous smash hits including Twist and Shout, She Loves You, All My Lovin', Yesterday, Hey Jude, Come Together and, of course, Let It Be itself, the show’s rousing signature tune.
All you need is love!
Recommended for people aged six and upwards, this is an unforgettable and truly electrifying spectacle that brings the ‘60s back to vibrant life, cheerful and positive, a real trip back in time to those glorious days when all you needed was love.

Let it BeSpeaking words of wisdom 'Let it Be' that you see the Bootleg Beatles instead! In comparison this London show is lacking in every aspect and was a huge disappointment.

Let it BeThis show is nothing more than four performers singing beatles songs with very little acting or humour. It was a dull performance and the casting was very poor as they did not look or sound like the real fab four. John Lennon made a little effort and was the only person to do so. I expected more 'razzmatazz' from a London show.

Let it Be a must for the Baby BoomersI enjoyed Let it Be because the music is familiar and well loved. The actors did a great job of imitating The Beatles. All the lyrics were able to be heard and the musical ability of the group was top notch. My only criticism would be that I couldn't always hear what "Paul" and "John" said in the speaking parts and there were so many other famous Beatles songs that weren't included and at least two "Boy" and one other that I don't know the name of that could have been left out. I liked the way the audience were asked to participate.
