Rosalie Craig returns to the London stage in GOOD NIGHT, OSCAR this summer

The Evening Standard award winner will star as June Levant in the highly anticipated London premiere at the Barbican Theatre. The limited engagement of the Tony Award-winning play begins on 31 July.

Known for her critically-acclaimed performance in Stephen Sondheim's musical Company, Rosalie Craig will star in Good Night, Oscar alongside Sean Hayes and Ben Rappaport.

Also joining the cast at the Barbican are Daniel Adeosun as Alvin Finney, David Burnett as George Gershwin, Richard Katz as Bob Sarnoff, and Eric Sirakian as Max Weinbaum. Max Roll also reprises his role as Understudy for Oscar Levant and Bob Sarnoff, following his engagement on Broadway alongside Hayes and Rappaport.

Additional Understudies are Tashinga Bepete (Alvin Finney), Ben Butler (Max Weinbaum), Charlotte Hunter (June Levant), and Ryan Speakman (Jack Paar and George Gershwin).

Written by the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Doug Wright, Good Night, Oscar follows the Hollywood actor and concert pianist, Oscar Levant. Set in 1958, the sharp-witted and daring host, Jack Paar, invites Levant to talk on The Tonight Show. The production, which earned widespread critical acclaim and saw Sean Hayes win the Tony Award for Best Leading Actor, the play will offer audiences a poignant look at fame and vulnerability.

Directed by Lisa Peterson, Good Night, Oscar will play at the Barbican Theatre from 31 July to 21 September 2025. It will follow the Olivier Award-winning production of Fiddler on the Roofwhich plays from 24 May to 19 July.
