Mel Brooks' musical adaptation, based one the classic cult film of the same name, is part of the Menier Chocolate Factory's Autumn/Winter season.
The Producers at Menier Chocolate Factory.
A major revival of The Producers is heading to London in December.
The original Broadway production won twelve Tony Awards, which still makes it the record holder for most Tonys ever given to a musical.
Directed by the Tony Award-winning director Patrick Marber, The Producers is a hilarious musical comedy about a down-and-out Broadway producer and his nerdy accountant who scheme to make a fortune by producing the worst show ever. Packed with unforgettable songs and laugh-out-loud moments, The Producers takes audiences on a wild ride through the unpredictable world of theatre, where nothing goes as planned.
The Producers will run at the Menier Chocolate Factory from 9 December 2024 - 1 March 2025.
