THE SMARTEST GIANT IN TOWN announces West End run this Christmas

The musical adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler's classic story will return for a limited festive run from 29 November 2024.

Nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Family Show in 2023, The Smartest Giant in Town will perform at the St Martin's Theatre.

The production tells a heartwarming and vibrant story about friendship and helping those in need. Fierylight and Little Angel Theatre's production is brought to the stage by artistic director Samantha Lane, and award-winning musician Barb Jungr.

The cast for The Smartest Giant in Town includes Duane Gooden (Paddington: Lo-Commotion, Blenheim Palace) as the Giant, James Keningale (How To Hide A Lion, Polka Theatre) as Puppeteer, Hanna Bainbridge (Raising Agents & Red Sky at Night, Mikron Theatre Company, UK Tour) as Puppeteer and Jenni Walker (Beauty and the Beat, South Holland Centre Spalding) as Understudy/ASM.

The Smartest Giant in Town will play at the St Martin's Theatre from 29 November 2024 to 05 January 2025 where it will play in tandem with The Mousetrap.
