West End transfer announced for THE YEARS

The critically acclaimed sell-out Almeida Theatre production will open in the West End for a limited season early next year.

The Years will transfer to West End's Harold Pinter Theatre from 24 January 2025.
International Theatre Amsterdam's new Artistic Director Eline Arbo will return to direct her five-star, sold out adaptation of Nobel Prize winner Annie Ernaux's semi-autobiographical novel The Years.
Reprising their roles will be Deborah Findlay (Hedda Gabler, Almeida Theatre), Romola Garai* (Giant, Royal Court Theatre), Gina McKee (Dear England), Anjli Mohindra (Noises Off, Garrick Theatre) and Harmony Rose-Bremner (Hamnet, RSC).
*Romola Garai will be in performances of The Years until 8 March. Further casting will be announced at a later date.
They all play one woman in this mesmerising. personal and political story that is set against the backdrop of our rapidly changing world.
The creative team for The Years includes Music Supervisor and Sound Designer: Thijs van Vuure; Set Designer: Juul Dekker; Costume Designer: Rebekka Wörmann; Lighting Designer: Varja Klosse; Casting Director: Amy Ball CDG;Associate Director: Yasmin Hafesji.
The Years will play at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 24 January - 19 April 2025.
