Inter Alia in London

Starring:

Rosamund Pike

Emmy award-winner, Golden Globe winner and Academy Award nominee Rosamund Pike (Saltburn) is about to thrill us on stage all over again, this time in Suzie Miller’s Inter Alia, which is transferring to the Wyndham's Theatre following its critically acclaimed world premiere at the National’s Lyttleton Theatre.

Inter Alia - The Story

The same team behind the hit play Prima Facie, writer Suzie Miller and director Justin Martin, are back with a new play. Rosamund Pike plays an important High Court Judge who is forced to reconcile the complexities of her roles at work and home as a professional, wife, mother, friend and feminist.

Inter Alia Cast and Creatives

Australian playwright, screenwriter and lawyer Suzie Miller has written more than 40 plays, including 2008’s Reasonable Doubt, which premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and proved extremely popular. Her best-known play is 2022’s Prima Facie, staged in the West End after a smash hit run in Australia and starring Jodie Comer. It won two Olivier Awards.

Rosamund Pike is a prolific actor on TV and stage, known and loved for roles as morally ambiguous women in gritty thrillers and dramas. On stage she has delighted us in Hitchcock Blonde, Summer and Smoke, Gas Light, Madame de Sade and Hedda Gabler. She has won numerous awards including a Primetime Emmy and a Golden Globe, plus nominations for an Academy Award and two BAFTAs. This is her national Theatre debut.

The show is directed by Justin Martin, multi-award winning director of work on stage, film and television. Most recently he co-directed the critically acclaimed Stranger Things: The First Shadow with Stephen Daldry, on at the West End’s Phoenix Theatre.

The set and costume design is by Miriam Buether, lighting design from Natasha Chivers, and the sound design by Ben and Max Ringham.
