A brand-new staging of the dazzling and moving musical Into The Woods will head to the theatre for a 20-week from December 2025. The production will be directed by Jordan Fein (Fiddler on the Roof, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre) and designer Tom Scutt (Cabaret, Kit Kat Club London).
2025 will be the first time the production has been staged in London since 2016. Into the Woods intertwines classic fairy tales, including Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel, as their characters embark on quests to fulfil their deepest wishes. However, as their stories unfold, they soon discover that getting what they want comes with unexpected consequences, leading to a powerful exploration of responsibility, morality, and the true meaning of "happily ever after."
Casting will be announced in due course.
Into The Woods will play at the Bridge Theatre from 2 December 2025 through to 18 April 2026.
