Park Theatre

Park Theatre is on Clifton Terrace, N4 3JP, about a minute from Finsbury Park station — Piccadilly and Victoria lines plus the Overground and mainline services. Come out of the station on the Stroud Green Road side and it is the modern building immediately in front of you. Few London theatres are closer to a tube exit.

Yes, and thoroughly for a small theatre. Lifts serve every level and reach all front-of-house areas except the mezzanine. There are step-free seats and wheelchair spaces, bookable online for Park200. Two accessible toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the first, both have baby-changing. Headsets for sound amplification are available in both Park200 and Park90. Evac chairs and refuge points are provided, and staff are on hand throughout. Audio-described performances with touch tours, captioned, BSL-interpreted, relaxed, dementia-friendly and parents-and-babies performances are all programmed. Thirty minutes, and check which space your ticket names. Park200 has reserved seating, so your seat waits for you; Park90 is unreserved, which means arriving early is how you choose where to sit. The Park Pizza & Bar on the ground floor is open before performances and is a genuine reason to come sooner.

None. This is a neighbourhood theatre a minute from a busy station, and its audience dresses like the neighbourhood — which is to say however it likes. Wear what you are comfortable in; if you are in Park90, where seating is unreserved and rows are tight, comfort is the only thing worth optimising for.
