Clelia Cafiero takes-up the baton to conduct this revival of Jonathan Miller’s 2009 staging of LA BOHÈME the tragic masterpiece by Giacomo Puccini who died exactly 100 years ago next month. The opera was premiered in 1896 at Turin and was an immediate success, remaining in the popular opera repertoire ever since. The simple story has spawned a number of other works, most notably Jonathan Larson’s 1996 musical Rent.
