Cast revealed for major revival of THE PITCHFORK DISNEY

The new production of Philip Ridley's seminal work will run at the King's Head Theatre for a limited season for the first time since 1991, kicking off in August.

Directed by Lidless Theatre’s Co-Artistic Director Max Harrison, Pitchfork Disney will star Elizabeth Connick (Gun To Your Head, The Workshop King's Lynn) as Haley, Ned Costello (Leaves of Glass, Park Theatre) as Presley, and Will Robinson (Britannicus, Lyric Hammersmith) as Cosmo.

First premiering at the Bush Theatre in 1991, Pitchfork Disney was pivotal in establishing the In-Yer-Face movement. Billed as a dark and unsettling play, it follows the relationship of two siblings and an encounter they have with an unexpected visitor.

Max Harrison today said, “I’m totally thrilled to be working with such a talented and dynamic cast and creative team on The Pitchfork Disney. It’s a real privilege to be collaborating again with Philip Ridley and to continue Lidless Theatre’s relationship with one of our greatest living writers, on this era defining play.”

Harrison will be joined on the creative team by Designer Kit Hinchcliffe, Lighting Designer Ben Jacobs, Sound Designer Sam Glossop, General Manager James Quaife and Production Manager Carrie Croft.

Pitchfork Disney will play at the King's Head Theatre from 27 August to 4 October 2025.
