BalletBoyz - Six Lethargies in London
Now booking! Tickets for BalletBoyz - Six Lethargies are on sale and the show opens at Sadlers Wells on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. Book early for the best choice of seats for the opening weeks.
BalletBoyz return for their 25th anniversary with a pioneering composition for string orchestra by artist and composer Keaton Henson, musician, composer, visual artist, and poet who has played sold-out shows around the world. This thrilling and unique evening of sound and movement chronicles a journey through six stages of emotional landscape. It explores how trauma, memory, anxiety, and empathy live together in the body and the mind, and asks the question: “if I write how it feels to me, will you feel it too?”
Now in its 25th year, BalletBoyz is a renowned contemporary dance company known for tearing down barriers in dance through innovative stage and screen work, praised by the Guardian as being “at the driving heart of British dance culture”. Six Lethargies explores mental health, trauma, memory, anxiety, empathy, and how art and movement serve as tools for resolution and recovery. Accompanied by a live 37-piece orchestra, it's paired with Michael Nunn and William Trevitt's trailblazing approach to movement and dance, performed by 35 dancers. This brand-new piece by choreographers Iván Pérez and Seirian Griffiths draws audiences into a visceral experience of trauma, how it manifests and how it can find resolution.
Lovers of dance and newcomers alike won't want to miss this powerfully choreographed and written world premiere.
