Further cast announced for Romeo and Juliet, starring Sadie Sink & Noah Jupe

Further cast has been announced for Film producer James Bierman's new production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by the highly acclaimed Robert Icke. The play heads to the West End for a limited season beginning in March.

Hailed as one of the most recognised stories by William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet tells the story of two young lovers who come from feuding families in Verona. Whilst their relationship blossoms, the war between the Montagues and Capulets leads to a series of devastating events.

Joining the previously announced Sadie Sink (Stranger Things, John Proctor Is The Villain, Broadway) as Julietand Noah Jupe (Hamnet, A Quiet Place) as Romeo are Jamie Ankrah (Christmas Day, Almeida Theatre) as Peter, Dylan Corbett-Bader (King Lear, Wyndham’s Theatre) as Benvolio, Eden Epstein (Mary Page Marlowe, The Old Vic) as Lady Capulet, Alex Felton (All's Well That Ends Well, National Theatre) as Abraham, Clark Gregg (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D) as Capulet, Ada Grey (Chicago Fire) as First Servant, Kasper Hilton-Hille (Troilus & Cressida, Shakespeare’s Globe) as Friar John / Mercutio, Aruna Jalloh (For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy, Apollo Theatre/Royal Court/New Diorama Theatre) as Tybalt, John Marquez (Doc Martin) as Friar Laurence, Caroline Moroney (All's Well That Ends Well, Shakespeare’s Globe) Second Servant, Clare Perkins (Player Kings, Noël Coward Theatre) as Nurse, David Shelley (Player Kings, Noël Coward Theatre) as Apothecary/Montague, Lewis Shepherd (Dear England, National Theatre & Prince Edward Theatre) as Paris and Alexander Uzoka (Macbeth, Bristol Old Vic) as Gregory.

The creative team for the run will include set and costume designer Hildegard Bechtler, lighting designer Jon Clark, sound designer Tom Gibbons,video designer Ash J. Woodward, casting directors Julia Horan CDG & Jim Carnahan CSA, voice coaches Penny Dyer& Nick Trumble, fight director Kev McCurdy, associate director Jack Bradfield, assistant director Neetu Singh, costume supervisor Sabia Smith, wigs, hair & make-up supervisors Campbell Young Associates, props supervisor Lily Mollgaard, production manager Kate Westand production drama therapist Wabriya King.

Romeo and Juliet will play at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 16 March - 6 June 2026. It will follow the West End premiere of High Noon, which will conclude its run on 7 March.
