A significant new adaptation of Bram Stoker's horror classic by playwright Morgan Lloyd Malcolm will spotlight female voices at the centre of the story this autumn.

Casting for the production which begins its run at the Lyric Hammersmith this month includes Mei Mac (My Neighbour Totoro) as Lucy, Jack Myers (Say Nothing) as Jonathan, Umi Myers (Dope Girls) as Mina, Phoebe Naughton (The Comedy of Errors) as Van Helsing/Ensemble, Macy Seelochan (As You Like It) as Jo/Ensemble and B Terry (Cabaret) as Renfield/Ensemble.
This version of Dracula follows Mina, the only survivor of the tragic events that unfolded in the famous letters. She's now here to tell her version of Dracula's journey from Transylvania to London. Alongside her trusted allies, and in memory of her beloved friend Lucy, they scramble to piece together the truth of his monstrous desires.

Dracula plays at the Lyric Hammersmith from 11 September to 11 October 2025.
