The small intimate space of the Park 90 is the perfect setting for this powerful play written by Matthew Campling. The Secondary Victim in the title refers to therapist Ali, who receives a letter stating the allegations of sexual misconduct by her, to a former client, Hugo.

Review: THE EXORCIST at the Phoenix Theatre

Regarded by many as one of the most iconic, and disturbing horror films ever made, The Exorcist was released in 1973. Banned by some cinemas the audience were desperate to see if this multi award winning film would live up to the word of mouth hype. Written originally as a book by William Peter Blatty and two years later as the film, this stage version which began at Birmingham Rep, has been adapted by John Pielmeier and remains as faithful to the book as the confines of a stage production will allow.

Two elderly women, their backs hunched, climb the steps to the stage and slowly draw back two vast doors to reveal the epic opening of The Ninagawa Company's production of Macbeth. With the three witches played by male actors in full Kabuki dress the scene is set for this epic visual feast.
