In this modern retelling of Jane Austen’s Emma set in 1990s Beverly Hills, fashionable high schooler Cher Horowitz has a tendency to meddle and play matchmaker among her friends. But things get out of hand when she takes in shy new girl Tai under her wing, while juggling her confusing feelings for her ex-stepbrother Josh.
