A razor-sharp new production of The Truth is planned for the West End this summer, written by Academy Award-winning and two-time Olivier-nominated playwright Florian Zeller in a translation by Christopher Hampton.

The play will head to the Apollo Theatre for a limited 14 weeks, with performances commencing on 9 June 2026.
Four of the UK and Ireland's most beloved stage and screen performers will perform in the show. The Truth will star Tony Award-nominated Stephen Mangan (BBC 1 The Split) returning to the London stage, alongside comedy icon Ardal O’Hanlon (Channel 4, Father Ted), Sarah Hadland (BBC 1, Miranda) and double Olivier Award-winner Janie Dee.
The play offers audiences a witty exploration of the impact of love, deception and the fragile stories we tell ourselves. Centred around two couples, Lindsay Posner (A View From The Bridge, Theatre Royal Haymarket) will direct the production, with Set and Costume Design by Lizzie Clachan.
The Truth will play from 9 June - 12 September 2026.
