2:22 – A Ghost Story Announces New Cast for Lyric Theatre Transfer

The spooktacular sensation, 2:22: A Ghost Story, has announced its Lyric Theatre cast.

Opening the fourth West End transfer for the supernatural thriller will be Cheryl as Jenny, Hugo Chegwin as Ben, Louise Ford as Lauren and Scott Karim as Sam.

The show is currently running at the Criterion Theatre, and will remain there until 8 January. The new cast will begin performances at the Lyric Theatre from 21 January.

What is 2:22: A Ghost Story about?

This Olivier Award nominated show has haunted audiences in three other West End theatres: the Noel Coward Theatre, Gielgud Theatre and its current home, the Criterion.

The show revolves around Jenny, who believes her new home is haunted, but her husband Sam isn't having any of it. They argue with their first dinner guests, old friend Lauren and her new partner Ben. Belief and scepticism clash, but something feels strange and frightening, and that something is getting closer, so they are going to stay up and help; until 2.22am, and then they will know.
