Full cast announced for BRIGADOON at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre

Being revived in London for the first time in over 35 years, Brigadoon will be adapted by acclaimed Scottish playwright Rona Munro and directed and choreographed by Drew McOnie.

Lerner & Loewe's musical classic, Brigadoon, follows two WW2 fighters, Tommy and Jeff, who crash in the Highlands of Scotland and embark on a journey to find their way home. Beyond the hills, sisters Fiona and Jean are preparing for a wedding. Over the course of one day, they meet in the dreamlike village of Brigadoon, and their stories entwine. The production features soaring songs like ‘Almost Like Being in Love’, ‘Waitin’ for My Dearie’ and ‘The Heather on the Hill’.

I can’t wait to work with this talented group of artists to bring Brigadoon back to the London stage after a 35-year absence, transporting audiences from Regent’s Park to the Scottish Highlands.”

Brigadoon plays at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre from 2 August to 20 September. It will follow the new stage adaptation of Noughts and Crosses, which plays from 28 June to 26 July.
