Full cast announced for PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS

Duncan Macmillan's smash hit play will make a triumphant return to the West End this spring. The full cast has been announced for PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS which begins its 14-week run at the Trafalgar Theatre on 3 May 2024.

Joining the previously announced Denise Gough who reprises her Olivier Award-winning role as Emma is Sinéad Cusack (V for Vendetta, Warner Bros) who will play the roles of Doctor/Therapist/Mum, Malachi Kirby (Small Axe: Mangrove, BBC) who will play Mark, Danny Kirrane (The Sandman, Netflix) who will play Foster and Kevin McMonagle (Scoop, Netflix) who will play the roles of Dad/Paul.
Holly Atkins (This Country, BBC), will play Charlotte, Paksie Vernon (Shetland, BBC) will play Jodi, Ryan Hutton (A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Royal Shakespeare Company) will play Shaun, Ayọ̀ Owóyẹmi-Peters, will make her West End debut playing Laura and Dillon Scott-Lewis (&Juliet, Shaftesbury Theatre)will play T. Completing the company are Russell Anthony (Call the Midwife, BBC) and Louise Templeton (Jayson Bend: Queen and Country, Amazon Prime).
What is PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS about?
Gaining widespread critical acclaim during its world premiere at the National Theatre in 2015, PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS explores addiction, identity, and recovery through the story of Emma, a young actress struggling with substance abuse. The narrative not only examines Emma's struggle but also explores broader themes of mental health, societal pressures, and the complexities of human relationships.
