THE CHOIR OF MAN announces new cast and extension

The Choir of Man There's some exciting news from the stagiest pub in the West End. THE CHOIR OF MAN is welcoming back some familiar faces.

Previous cast members Conor Hanley and Daniel Harnett are returning to the show from 1 February 2023.

Joining as 'The Poet', Conor Hanley has previously performed in The Choir of Man US tour, as well as at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Coventry City of Culture. This will be his West End debut. Daniel Harnett was part of the original West End cast, and also toured with the US production.

The rest of the cast include:

  • Michael Baxter (Les Misérables) as 'The Maestro'
  • Levi Tyrell-Johnson (professional debut), as 'The Hard Man'
  • Mark Irwin (The Commitments) as 'The Barman'
  • Owen Bolton (professional debut) as 'The Beast'
  • Jordan Oliver as 'The Handyman'
  • Matt Beveridge as 'The Romantic'
  • Matt Nalton (Jersey Boys) as 'The Pub Bore'
  • Matt Thorpe (Jersey Boys) as 'The Joker'

Completing the company are Sam Ebenezer (The Mousetrap), Gavin Ryan, and Lucas Koch.

And that's not the only news that's being celebrated at the bar - they've also just released additional performances at the Arts Theatre until 30 July 2023.

Packed with hits from iconic artists such as Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Adele and Guns & Roses, The Choir of Man is a night down the pub you'll never forget. Hosted by a group of incredible instrumentalists, world-class wordsmiths, and sensational singers; this cast of nine serve it all live!

An international success, the production has already played three sell-out seasons at the Sydney Opera House, multiple sold-out tours in America and Europe and several runs in the West End. In 2022 it received an Olivier Award nomination for Best Entertainment or Comedy Play.
