My tickets were bought as a Xmas present. Sadly there was an issue when I went to collect them last night. It had been a hard journey anyway on replacement buses etc due to the storm The box office would not give me my tickets as the purchaser of them wasn’t present( he was in Argentina ). He never intended to be there as it was a present. No where on the paper work did it say I should have ID of his passport or driving licence. The manager insisted we call him inArgentia to get him to photo same and send it to us. How ridiculous !!! . He was on a walking holiday in the glacier region., even if we could have contacted him. In the end we were told to come when the show had started and she would make an exception if no body else has claimed them !!! There needs to be notification on the voucher / email if they are to be given as a present. And you need to liaise with O2.management. It is an unnecessary distress/ distraction / upset in what should have been a seamless exchange for a wonderful show. However the show when we were seated was a fabulous experience , good seats , music dancing and sets. Just such a great shame it was marred by such a fiasco, which you definitely need to address.. I hope you take note .

Good show but seats to high up to be able to see the dancers properly and the screens to small and distant to see them on the screen. Shame as it spoilt the event.
