It Walks Around The House At Night in London
In this haunting, terrifying ghost story, out-of-work actor Joe (George Naylor) is barely scraping by when a rich, handsome stranger offers him a well-paid job playing a ghost in a remote countryside manner, providing easy scares for visiting guests. But as the nights unfold, the lines between play-acting and reality start to blur, and he realises something far more sinister and supernatural is lurking in the periphery. As Joe walks the grounds of the manor alone for five long nights, he becomes convinced something is following him.
The award-winning ThickSkin Theatre (Driftwood, How Not to Drown) returns to London following a sold-out tour, to bring you this spooky, atmospheric new play from Tim Foley (award-winning writer of Doctor Who audio dramas and former Bruntwood Prize Winner for Electric Rosary), directed by Neil Bettle (How Not To Drown, Disney's Bedknobs & Broomsticks, Frantic Assembly's The Unreturning). Equal parts ghost story and psychological thriller, this chilling play is filled with dark humour, twists, jumpscares, and an overwhelming sense of dread. Clever stage magic brings it to life with immersive sound and bold visual effects that are sure to have you on the edge of your seat throughout the performance.
Book now if you dare, and prepare to be amazed and terrified with this clever, darkly funny, and utterly thrilling ghost story.
