Despite battling torrential rain, this show was a feel good night out for all ages. We ranged in age from 7 to 56 and we all loved it!!! Matthew was fabulous and crazy as Elf and the supporting cast were brilliant. The only thing we all agreed on was it would have been better to see this BEFORE Christmas as it felt odd after.

the performances were great. It is uplifting and very festive. Really nice music and good looking women.

1st time going to see Elf the Musical,.Went with my 244 year old son, who loved the film.The fact we went in January didn’t really matter hope it has done well , and comes back next Christmas , we both loved it!🎄🎄🎄

A very disappointing show. The worst show I’ve ever been to. I was not impressed when they brought politics into with their dig at Donald Trump, that was the start. Then mentioning Opra, Starbucks and the woke promotion of colour and sexuality. I thought I bought expensive tickets to go out at Christmas to enjoy myself with my son, relax and soak up the Christmas cheer. Not to have views and politics pushed on me. Walked out the show, after speaking to the manager as did others from what I saw.

The show was brilliant from start to finishthe music was upbeat and the costumes were very Christmassy a great group of performers who worked well and complemented each other..well worth seeing definitely go again

Only disappointment was that buddy didn’t have the original costume, but the costumes were lovely! Nothing beats elf at Christmas. Thank you for a wonderful day.

A great show for all the family highly recommended

The show was amazing in every way however if I had one thing to mention it would be …. Think carefully about taking children under around 7 years of age as the performance is quite lengthy where our 7 year old who is normally very well behaved in the theatre became a little fidigty as there was a long time from the start and the interval.

A feel good show that’s perfect for families, and anyone with a soft spot for the movie, loved every minute, my face hurts from smiling!

I’ve waited a long time to see this. It was brilliant! Gets you into the Xmas season

A great “feel good” Christmas Show, absolutely fantastic. Amazing cast, and the Santa Sleigh at the end-just fabulous, can’t recommend highly enough, loved it😍🎄🎄🎄😍

Festive fun. Excellent costumes. The final scene was literally jaw dropping. I had a tear in my eye. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Such a great show, went as a family and both my 12yr old and 7yr old loved it. The 7 year old was up dancing at one point and trying to copy the dance moves. Went and peeped at the band in the interval and they smiled and waved to my son too which made his day. Definitely 5 stars all round

We didn’t get the seats we reserved - had proof that we booked two seats next to each other but for some reason we were sat across from the aisle away and there was no reasoning with theatre/box office staff about why this would massively affect our experience. Thought to order drinks via the online service - they never showed up. Tried to order in the theatre - WiFi doesn’t work and there’s no phone signal. Queues are massive and take ages because there’s only one person manning any station so we couldn’t get anything in the interval.. pretty rubbish to be honest. We travelled 5 hours from north wales to watch this show and although the performance itself was fantastic, the overall experience we had was beyond poor. Wouldn’t come back to a show at the Dominion.

We thoroughly enjoyed this. The actor who played Buddy was superb, despite being the stand-in, and had amazing energy. The dance routines were excellent and the songs suited the storyline.

Great seats although I did have a tall person sat In front of me! But didn't stop me enjoying this amazing show. Sound was great could hear all the actors. Just a fantastic show all round.

This show was just amazing . I actually felt emotional at the end it was just so magical and engaging.

Really loved this show, the cast, the costumes, the lightning and ending were brilliant. First half better than the second but the ending was delightful. Took my adult daughters and had a great afternoon.

Absolutely amazing a must see show

This far exceeded our expectations. The sets were amazing and the standard of acting superb. Great seats. Snacks and drinks brought to our seats within minutes of checking in, good airflow and very comfy seats with good legroom.

Dreadfully boring. Dreadful story line. Dreadful music. Appalling staging. Theatre boiling hot. Diabolical

If you want to feel Christmassy then this is the show for you. Just a great, feel good, happy show.

If you love the film Elf then this is a must see show! I laughed, sang and cheered all the way through!

While overall it was ok, wasn't enough singing and dancing especially for my 6 year old grandson. I thought this would be a perfect Christmas family treat and was disappointed.

First saw this musical in 2015 was then only on for 11 weeks loved it & always said we’d go again if ever it came back to London. Once again fantastic !

Excellent show and loved the sleigh and snow scenes

I was involved in a car accident so we were very disappointed we couldn’t go to the show and my two daughters were extremely upset they had been so looking forward to it

Well I was totally thrilled and amazed, the show was just magical I nearly cried during one of the last scenes at the sheer genius of the props

I left with a warm glow (nothing to do with the Prosecco!) and am totally Christmas ready!
