Very funny show, not for the devoutly religious minded. Lewd and full of swearing this is a brilliant laugh a minute production for the open minded. Although we were aware of the history of Mormons, it is actually slightly informative for those that aren’t and they will probably be somewhat amazed of the reality behind the “piss-taking” plot. Good music, funny songs, plenty of irony and thought-provoking plot sectors. We really enjoyed it.

Quite simply the best show I have ever seen. The music, the dancing, the set and the cast….all superb. The only thing I disliked was the struggle I had not to get up and sing and dance. I highly recommend this fabulous show it’s amazing.

I couldn't attend the show. I got covid 2 days before. I emailed to ask if I could have a refund, but I didn't get a response. i'm really sad to have missed this show - it was an early birthday present for me (nearly 57) and I've loved Tina forever. I'm so sad :-( I bet the show wa amazing.

Trying to shoehorn a race thing with a police theme seems a hands down for Othello, however, the early police story seemed to be lost in the other canon story, the descent into jealousy driven madness. The influence of Iago however was totally diminished, (I say this having rewatched the Sir Ian Mckellen performance as Iago). He is now a minor character whilst the actor (I should say actors) interpretation of Othello takes centre stage and misfires all over the place. I enjoyed the strangeness and accuracy of Othello's 'dance partner' although it seems that an actor acts those parts rather than have an extra (all be it stunningly performed if dance theatre is your thing), it must feel emasculating- Othello? -Whose whole existence was always about his power and control, is now de-masculine, who'd have thunk it? Idris Elba style cop needs someone to dance his emotional turmoil. (if there is a 'sameness' then costumers should really give him the same watch, or 'a watch' for the pedants. The theme of police seemed to drop away with the exit of Desdemona's father and although a fun evening (if you like to sit, or stand in the insular world of the playhouse), it always seemed half-hearted. neither a modern police retrospective or a study on the intricacies of envy, jealousy and the foolishness that is brought by love. Othello didn't love Desdemona, there was no reasoning as to why he should and equally why Desdemona should love him back, (other that the 's.e.x thing) Iago had no reason to hate Othello, it was just accepted that he did not a 'police thing' apparently, off stage- off scene. not a race thing that one might throw at the first act, never to be shoehorned in anywhere else. If you're throwing in modern references like 'Chelsea girl'-mixing your Shakespeare-its not Romeo and Juliet' It made the pleasurable and possibly 'play saving' introduction of a 'deliveroo' all the more welcoming. Meanwhile the candles rise and fall for no apparent reason, if only to prove to the plethora of American Tourists that they do and that is how Shakespeare meant it. One wishes for someone to be chased by a bear.

My best friend and I went to the afternoon performance of Wicked today. The theater is spacious and only has seats in the auditorium (no balconies). The view from the back was good. This gave us a good view of the entire stage. The acting, the music, it was beautiful! We are from the Netherlands, but the English was easy to understand and understand. Only the voice of "robot wizard" could be a bit softer and clearer. This was incomprehensible and very loud. Furthermore, great and also plenty of toilets! Saves long lines.

I fall very much on the side of philistine with the west end lovies. But?, I'm a total convert after this, utterly amazing and happily converted." What next!" I say so myself.

The show exceeded all my expectations. Of course the music was awesome, but the acting, directions, story… everything was great. I couldn’t recommend this more. The best show I’ve seen in years.l and Myles who plays Michael is outstanding; even his movement and mannerisms are spot on…. No wonder we won a Tony!

Amazing show starred by great actors, music and costumes. Only the theatre disrespected the show by letting people come late after the start.

Tickets bought for my Dads 75th birthday & we loved it. Wasn’t sure what to expect initially but was very pleasantly surprised. Really funny & clever casting. Well worth a visit
